Carlos Vilá is a visual artist based in Havana, Cuba. He is currently developing his bachelor's thesis in visual arts on virtual spaces at the Instituto Superior de Arte in Havana. His growing interest in digital art and the development of an imaginary where color, light and geometry are protagonists are consequences of an evasion of the political reality in which he lives. His work thus explores and studies color, geometry, movement and light as the connections that exist between physical space and digital space as alternate liminal space.

Carlos has participated in the NFT and Web3 scene since 2021. He is involved with online exhibitions such as 'Beyond the body' on NINFA, and his work has been collected by major digital art patrons such as Funnyguys and AC.
