Tonq is a digital artist who is heavily inspired by the motion and culture of skating. The artist specialises in taking real-life footage of skaters and replicating their movements in a 3D simulation that add an additional layer of playfulness and whimsy. Through his works, Tonq produces an alternate reality where real and surreal blend; a place where time doesn’t exist as the characters live in a forever loop.

Tonq has worked with multiple major brands since he embarked upon his professional career as a 3D artist. Notable clients include Facebook, Samsung, Minecraft, Zara and Cariuma. He also created animations for the Gangwon 2024 Olympics.
