Deep in Mathematical Meditation is part of Generating Binti Worlds, a multimedia collection that explores the intersection between Afrofuturism and artificial intelligence. Aya co-created with Artificial Intelligence to visually imagine what it’s like to be in a deep afrofuturistic meditation. The collection explores the question: Can humans and computers collaborate to create innovative artifacts through co-creativity? She collaborates with the AI agent to generate visuals based on the Binti text and themes identified by the Natural Language Processing.
