“NYC, follow your dreams” was born during a Februllage challenge.

Februllage is a collaboration between Edinburgh Collage Collective and the Scandinavian Collage Museum. This initiative invites collage artists to make a collage a day throughout the month of February using the official calendar which indicates the words.

This work responds to the word “sisters”. This collage is an invitation to follow one's childhood dreams. Childhood is represented here by sweets and dreams in the emblematic city of New York.

This work is a paper collage made by the artist using a magazine, which was then made digital. The New York background is purely digital.
